Our Mission
The Structural Research Group, led by Junrui Zhang, focuses on developing innovative and sustainable solutions for the strengthening and retrofitting of civil infrastructure. Through cutting-edge research, we investigate the behavior of fiber-reinforced polymer (FRP) systems, advanced anchorage solutions, and the mechanics of bonded interfaces under static and seismic loading.
About Junrui Zhang
Junrui Zhang is a researcher (Ph.D.) and a R&D Engineer, studying seismic strengthening with CFRP and FRP-concrete interfacial behavior. His work bridges research and practice, contributing to design updates. With international experience in China, the U.S., and New Zealand, Junrui brings a global, impact-driven approach to structural resilience.
